At KJA, we believe in a pupil-led culture where children take on key leadership roles. We wholeheartedly value the work of our pupil leaders where we are moulding leaders of the future and developing 21^st century citizens.

At KJA our Junior Leadership Team will express their thoughts and opinions on key areas of school.  We currently have a JLT responsible for Reading, ECO (Ministry of the future), Wellbeing, Playground and House Captains.

Recruitment process

Our Junior Leadership Teams are made up of pupils from across school who have the confidence and eloquence to share the opinions of their peers on how key areas of our school life are lead.  Interested applicants complete a form having first read and understood the person specification and code of conduct for each role.   JLTs’ have a linked adult to act as a facilitator for the team.
